TListBox keep subform inside win-TRECT of MainForm.exe?

d2010:
I have one application in Delphi7 on win32.
I create inside "Lazarus4.0" the flistsvc.dll as DelphiMode
I have one example I winrar5 can create "subForm" inside "mainForm.exe not .dll"
C:Q1=How to create&set subForm4Lazarus inside
windowDelphi7mainForm.exe?

You got subForm4Lazarus from flistsvc.dll
Today I created the "subForm4Lazarus" but is outside of TRECT.

I compile flistsvc.lpr is work good, but but the source-pascal is old style-code.
When winrar5subform is outside TRECT, then
winrar5exe show only half of winrar5subform or 10%, 20%, 30%,  50%, ... 80% * TRECT.
