[ASK] Newer NDK (r28b) Not Compatible With LAMW?

Hi,

is LAMW unable to use newer NDK (r28b) because it only come with LLVM toolchains?
as far as i know, the latest version that includes arm-linux-androideabi-4.9 and aarch64-linux-android-4.9 toolchain is r22b.

or are there any adjustment steps to make the newer version compatible with LAMW?
