Author Topic: [SOLVED ]Install/Uninstall Packages: Some have a small red cross, why?  (Read 632 times)

I noticed a small red cross on some of the packages when I was doing some testing on a custom component. Is this due to something I did while experimenting? If so how do I resolve please? Screenshots of issue attached.

EDIT: IDE is functional I have no issues (yet) I just want to understand why I suddenly have small red circles with a white cross next to some of the packages please?

These packages are core parts of the IDE that cannot be uninstalled.

If you click on e.g.  IdeProject 1.0  in the left panel, you'll notice that the  Uninstall selection  button is grayed out, with the following line displayed in the package info box:

-- This package is part of the IDE --
