FPSpreadsheet v2.0 released

The new version 2.0 of FPSpreadsheet has been released to OPM. New features are:

• Support of spreadsheet charts (https://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/FPSpreadsheet:_Chart_Tutorial), link to TAChart, reading/writing in xlsx and ods formats.
• Defined names (named cells and ranges) (https://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/FPSpreadsheet#Defined_Names), reading/writing in xlsx, xlsx (Biff8 and Biff2), and ods formats.
• New formulas: INDEX, ROUNDDOWN, ROUNDUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS (https://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/FPSpreadsheet:_List_of_formulas)
• New horizontal text alignments in cells: haDistributed and haFilled (https://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/FPSpreadsheet#Text_alignment)
• All wiki articles as offline pdf document (dos/fpspreadsheet-wiki.pdf), in addition to chm.
