issue: error messages come too frequently

Lazarus 4.0
running in a Win 7 64 bit VM

reproduce:
Open a project containing a not installed component

find:
Error messages popping up that frequently, that you cannot fix it

expected:
give me a chance
1) to fix it
2) to close the trouble window

workaround:
Use a full text search in an alternative text editor and remove all referring-entries by hand including the *.lps
