Being blocked in Safari

I am having a strange behaviour of this forum.When i use Safari on my Macbook Pro i get the message that i am banned (see attachment).
But when i use FireFox i can log in and everything works fine..

WTF happend?

WTF happend?

Firefox in the same mac ? You posted this message using a IPv6 address, maybe when using safari it was using a blocked IPv4 address. Can you try again and note the addresses being used ?
