Rebuild 4.6 IDE to Qt5 fails

Exactly the same problem as several years ago raised now as well when I tried to rebuild 4.6 IDE to Qt5 on latest Kubuntu 26.04, even I set arbitrary directory on another location.

Here is claimed that is fixed:

I don't see anything in the bug report that says its fixed.
Worth checking ?
