Video screen capture software

I like to make videos of the games and tools that I code to share here and with friends. I was using my phone on a small tripod, but it's a little wonky to get lined up with the screen and the screen always looked off. I tried the free version of Flashback Express, liked it and bought the lifetime version (with a $9 annual maintenance fee). It does exactly what I need it to.

Here's a video I made with it. As is typical I made some good changes to my Animator Tool this morning. Of course this video was made yesterday and doesn't reflect those changes, lol.

(FPC v3.0.4 and Lazarus 1.8.2) or (FPC v3.2.2 and Lazarus v4.0rc3) on Windows 7 SP1 64bit.

It looks good :)

Plus I have a 2 monitor setup and it allows me to select which monitor to record.

I use OBS Studio on Linux and works mostly.  The only problem is my computer seems too old and some times it doesn't capture at full speed (specially commercial games).

OBS is solid, but on Windows the real beast is ShareX - free, open source, packed with features and easy to use:
