MacOS intel : Lazarus-darwin-x86_64 4.0 : Problem Packets

Hello,
I installed lazarus-darwin-x86_64 4.0.
Everything seems to work.
I'm having a particular problem: when I decide to install a package, the package compiles, and the IDE seems to close. A message appears:

Can’t find the Lazarus executable /
Applications/lazarus/lazarus.app/
Contents/Resources/startlazarus.app/
Contents/MacOS/lazarus

I can't go any further. The Abort button prevents me from continuing.
How can I resolve this error ? Regards. Selzig.

Hello,
Has anyone managed to place a lpk package or package from Online Package Manager ? For me it's impossible !

For me it works fine.
But I am using trunk
