Build mode Help button does not Help.

Hello,

Refer to the attachment. 

When clicking on the "Help" button, nothing happens.  No help.

Should this be considered a bug or a "something to do in the future" ?

This should be considered a bug that needs to be fixed now ))

Unfortunately, there are still many such windows in the IDE. Personally, I am too lazy to look for them. So if you find more, let us know.

I wasn't  looking for that one but, if I find other instances, I'll report them since know I now they should be considered a bug and not just a "to do" thing.
