LazReport: Antialiasing in picture

Hi,
I modified the LR_Class.pas unit to publish the Antialiasing property for picture.
Here attached the modified LR_Class file from $(Lazarusdir)\components\lazreport\source

PLEASE note the modification was done in Lazarus 2.2.0 32 bit Windows version.
