[Example] Custom TRichMemo-Ref Only

[What I can do]

FPC 3.2.2  Lazarus 3.8 on Windows10 @64
Trying to install a custom Trichmemo descendant on to the IDE tool bars in a group called "SRD" with my new TRichMemo descendant named SmRich from my uSmRich.pas. I don't expect this to be easy I have just burned a few days with chatGPT going around and around with the same errors. If you would, just a point in some direction all my internet searches have come up blank, most likely doing something wrong. all the search here have a lot of info but so far have not found anything close to making and installing custom tools. I would appreciate web links, or anything at this point. I don't mind R&D but I have come up empty or down some very highly informative pages but not how to do what I am tying.
