Win11 themes not followed

With project option "Use manifest resource (and enable themes)" compiled applications follow the Win10 themes. But in Win11 the compiled applications do not follow the standard themes of Win11 but they do follow the high contrast themes. This is also visible for Lazarus GUI.

I tried Lazarus 4.0RC3 but with the same result. Is there a modification in Win11 themes which Lazarus applications can not follow fully?
