FPC Deluxe doesn't work

I get this error Message with Windows 10

Following information is missing:
- version number and of FPCUpDeluxe and which exact platform version was used.
- which version of the compiler are you trying to build (version, revision and/or hash numbers please)
- environment: is it native windows or running windows in a virtual environment ?

Can't say I am familiar with that exact error message (though I do understand what it is trying to tell but atm it eludes me why).

Nothing special to say here
stable,Win10, newest etc.
, but anyway it works now:-)
I deleted all files from the old on.
