Rainbow Dots Animated in a Spiral Pattern

DZandaa made a rainbow Fibonacci Sunflower a while ago.

Remember seeing a scratch version of this and was blown away.
So .... I decided to make the animated Lazarus version for this great forum.

Love playing with the settings, as some really cool animated effects can be made.

Can even make it animate so it forms a sphere pattern.

I've come along way since joining the Lazarus Forum.
