Rainbow Fan (Actually half a Fan): Bright Colours

It's a brightly coloured  fan (spanning only 90 degrees).

It uses a TBgrabmp for the rendering and has 2 types: Smooth and Moire

The Smooth version does not always line up at the bottom edge of the TPaintbox for some values of Blades.
