Looking for the file skia4delphi.rar.

 I found that there is a skia4delphi for lazarus porting material on this site, but I can't download it.
 Please tell me how.

The wiki page provide links to download the dll and the Lazarus package.  Are these download links not working for you?

But I have already installed the relevant materials, but the results are different.
