FPDF

I came across the FPDFpascal. Can it be a good alternative to PowerPDF (which does not have a modified LGPL), while this is MIT? Why is it not in OPM?

Do you mean this? The problem is that this library does not have any packages, and OPM depends on the availablility of packages. If you contact the maintainer and ask for creation of a Lazarus package I'd be happy to add it to OPM. If he wants to have it in OPM then he should send a mail to opm@lazarus-ide.org.

I have no contact with the developer. I found it by chance, I packaged it with lazarus, I added it to the project and did a quick test (pdf with hello world) and it worked

File a feature request on their issue tracker. https://github.com/Projeto-ACBr-Oficial/FPDF-Pascal/issues
