Very Slow Online Package Manager - Lazarus on Mint 22.1

Hi guys,

Fresh install Lazarus (3.0, 3.4, & 3.8) on Mint 22.1 on Virtual Machine.

Online package manager is very slow even when Downloading Package List.

When downloaded Package, speed is about 4KB/s, is this normal or there are something wrong?

That is definitely not normal and can likely be caused by excessive traffic to the servers.

If Europe sells their USA bonds the USD will collapse. Europe can affort that given average state debts. The USA can't affort that. Just an advice...

I tried with Lazarus 2.2 on windows 10 around same time, downloading via online package manager, speed is normal.

Could it be Lazarus on Linux issues?
