Reading text out loud?

Is there a Control or Package that can be downloaded that has a function that reads out loud a string that is passed as a parameter?

I have code that uses the windows text to speach.

But its windows only.

Search for "Text to speach", u should find something

As note, you can down load more voices to add to the list to make it more flexable

I belive there maybe third party voices too .
