Hi,
I googled and checked here but didn't find any answer.
Lazarus is installed correctly on my Mac M2 and compiles everything.
My daughter uses my Mac in a second account just for here, so she has her own environment.
When launching Lazarus, it stops because it doesn't have write rights for some files. Lazarus asks me to ignore or abort.
I have no problems as I'm admin of the machine and it runs under myname:staff.
The other account is under hername:staff.
I set staff RW rights to the /applications/lazarus folder but it still doesn't work.
Then I checked the environment variables in the IDE Options, because my guess is that her Lazarus config should be personal and different from mine, but I don't know where to put, say "/Users/hername/lazarus", for everything the compiler needs to write/read config files, temp files, etc...
Any direction would be welcome.
Thanks for any help
Steve
