Error 'The file memostrings.inc of package LCLBase 4.99 was not found'

- I opened package LCLBase in package editor
- changed options, so that now debug info is on, debug info = 'drarf2 with sets', method checks = on, range checks = on
- closed Options dlg by OK
- pressed 'Save' toolbar button in LPK editor

Got this error: subj.

Lazarus: today's Git main.

Got the same errormessage some days ago when I added a file to LCLBase (TreeStrage unit, so you can seen when I did this)  and then tried to compile the package. 
Strangely enough, just building my application (which rebuilt LCL) went just fine, so I just ignored the issue...
