is there any third party or open source .

There are few left, because when OnGuard became open soure it became pointless.
What are you trying to achieve?

I want my application should not be copied and it should work with licence key and date validation, demo mode

OnGuard can do all of that. Although copy prevention as such is not possible, a copy won't work.
