warning: /pathto/link.res contains output sections; did you forget -T?

I get:
/usr/bin/ld: warning: /pathto/link.res contains output sections; did you forget -T?

Setting the Target OS (-T) doesn't help. What does this message mean?

The warning disappeared when http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,6994.0.html was solved.
