Blocked From Wiki Access

Not sure if this is the correct board, but I seem to be blocked from https://wiki.freepascal.org/

I get "Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wiki.freepascal.org"

It happened when I was browsing revisions of https://wiki.freepascal.org/index.php?title=Coding_style&action=history

I believe when I clicked to get a diff between two revisions is when it blocked me.

I can access the wiki fine if I turn on VPN.

Not sure how I should go about getting unblocked...

Edit:
Access Seems to be restored. Going to click around the history in another article to see if it happens again so I can be more specific on what caused the block.

No. I was able to access with VPN, but unable when I turned it off again.

I wasn't able to reproduce because got busy at work.

Interesting,Maybe it’s your ipaddress. Can you view forums without vpn?

Are you trying to edit the wiki or just view the wiki?
For editting there are certain constraints based on reputation.
( for the right reasons: the wiki is already polluted with nonsense edits )

It was my IP address. As I said I was able to view after turning it on, but again not able to view after turning it back off.
Pretty sure I triggered ModSecurity somehow. Thought maybe it was based on weird article title, but can't really seem to find anything in my history to re-trigger it. Moving on for now.

MediaWiki doesn't refuse connections based on permissions.

Maybe your a address is Bart of a series of addresses that was blocked for some reason, best ask a moderator for the wiki
