The mouse and using ptcgraph

Right now I am more comfortable using the simple program model and use a graphic window for what I am doing (game clones). Is there code floating around that allows the use of the mouse within the boundaries of the graphic window created using initgraph similar to the old DOS code using int 33? 
I love programming.

As long as you use ptc you can use unit ptcmouse
