If anybody still wants to use tls 1.0 after six or more years of deprecations ,warnings and removal from all major crypto libraries:

Like I told, I don't agree with the use of TLSv1 and TLSv1_1. And I don't use them in my personally works.
But you have to think that there are hundreds, thousands of industrial machines (not connected to the Internet) that rely on this.
And not long ago I worked on OpenSSL 1.0.2zi for a large customer.
Changing the defaults in my opinion, but I don't think I'm alone in thinking so, is not a good action.
When the Indy version will change (it could be 10.7 or 11 for example) then I think it can be done by releasing appropriate notes.
And writing "not argue" is not a beatiful concept.
But I'm writing it anyway so that the reader can still be informed about realities that perhaps they are not aware of.
