TProgressBar again

Hi all.
Could anybody explane why progressbar looks differently on form editor and in run-time?

See pictures below. Left progressbar looks as system progressbar with effects, but in the application progress bar have win98 style - blue color

Oh, thx! I don't know what it mean, but I enabled this checkbox in project options: use recoures manifest for Windows Themes.

And now progressbar looks as system progressbar. Thx again
