Can't find unit LCLType used by IpAnim

  I have the units in the C:\lazarus\lcl,  but when I try to build lazarus ( I am installing a component ) I got this error

ipanim.pas(96,6) Fatal: Can't find unit LCLType used by IpAnim


I think my Environment/options are ok...

 How can I fix it?
