I'm pleasure to annunce that I have just put on my site a client - server program to manage tickets, assistance request and other things. This application store data in PostgreSql database server. Linux version and work planner are incoming.
The application is free and I need that you to try it.

I'm actually looking for a ticketing system and knowledge base system that talks to Firebird or PostgreSQL. If I did not find one that suited our needs, I was going to write one. I'm definately keen to try your, but I get a Error 404 when I tried to load the URL you posted.
