New Splash Screen For Lazarus 4

Hello everyone 

I am not a professional programmer and therefore I can hardly help the Lazarus development team in their difficult work,
but I really want to contribute to this wonderful project.

My main activity is computer graphics and what I will offer will not improve the technical capabilities of Lazarus,
but nevertheless I think that a new cover for an updated book is also an important element in the modern world.
In short, I offer a new splash screen for Lazarus 4, and I will be glad if the community likes it 

By the way, there is an Easter egg on the splash screen that contains the name of one great person
and I think many will guess who we are talking about

looks good - although the 'easter egg' should be in a monospaced font so that the right edge is straight.

During the design process, I had a version of the binary Easter egg with aligned edges, but visually it didn't seem that interesting to me.

Of course, design is a concept with flexible boundaries and a lot depends on the personal perception of the author,
but since digital technology is an exact science where the binary code is always visually aligned on both edges,
then for accuracy the design should take this fact into account.

In general, I am attaching version "B" where I took this point into account

I appreciate the easter egg, but tbh. it's really hard to read over the cheetah,  and it would look better if the cheetah would be on top. The easter egg would not be fully readable, but with the parts that are readable it would still be understandable, and probably look much better

As you correctly noted, the Easter egg will be readable in any version, whether it is above the cheetah or behind the cheetah,
therefore the main idea is not readability, but that the cheetah drawing is not covered by other elements for good visibility.
In short, I am attaching version "C" where the Easter egg does not cover the cheetah 

P.S. By the way, not everyone will be able to read the Easter egg without a magnifying glass,
but it is enough to read half of it to understand who we are talking about

Thanks for your work, the design looks clean and the easter egg is a good idea, although in my opinion the colour of the composition is a bit leaden, like a greyish day, it could be interesting to experiment with more vital tones.

I like it. Maybe you could make some version in different colours, maybe some of them might look even better?
