Is there a consolidated list of codetools keyboard shortcuts anywhere, or a file that I can convert to some sort of .pdf list?

Probably not, at least not a complete one, since things always change faster than docs.

You can also go through the keymap settings in the options.

I am not sure if the package "Cody" is included. It will be in the keymap, if it is installed. e.g. "Identifier and unit dictionary".

Thank you for the link -- very helpful.  I'll spend some time with the wiki and the options today and try assembling a cheat sheet.
