Hello,

The sequence "Alt shift -" folds the region at the cursor and, "Alt shift =" unfolds it.

I believe it would be nice to have the option of making either one of them a toggle, e.g, "Alt shift -" fold if the region at the cursor is unfolded and unfold if the region at the cursor is folded.

As a bonus, that would free the "Alt shift =" combination to be used for whatever else the user wants.
