No. Excel can not edit pascal compiled functions.

What is a "userdefined function" in this context? An Excel macro? FPSpreadsheet does not (and will not) support macros. A user-defined formula within the FPSpreadsheet context? This is Pascal code, there is no way how Excel could manipulate this.
