Logarithmic transformation changes axis height

The panes are supposed to have equal size, but changes height when turning on the Logarithmic transformation. How come?

Do the logarithmic transformation first. Because this way the auto-scale transformation gets the log values which are plotted internally. In the current configuration the log is applied to the scaled values which are distorted then.
