Variable = <Error: > no variable value during debugging

Hi, I cannot see any variable value during debugging
No matter if I put the cursor over it, or add it to watch it shows - variableName = <Error: >

Type of debug info is Dwarf 3 (beta) (-gw3) in project options
I tried also other types but not stopping on breakpoints

May be it is something related to the fact I'm using Lazarus 3.99 with FPC 3.3.1

Lazarus 3.99 (rev main_3_99-2828-g69e4861d80) FPC 3.2.2 x86_64-darwin-cocoa
macOS Sequoia 15.0, Xcode 16
