MimeTypes.LoadKnownTypes does not work well on Windows

Hi Pals:

On Windows 11 I got some issues using system mime types.

MimeTypes.LoadKnownTypes load the file extensions with the dot '.' and the search of for example MimeTypes.GetMimeType doesn't find anything because the dot '.' is removed when the search is made.

A good mime.type file does not use the dot '.' on the extension, but on the Windows registry does.

Before use MimeTypes list, must to wash the extensions off the dots or use a custom mime.type file.
