Yes, I did, I was involved in RFID payments for the Dutch banks as project manager, but alas nothing that covers Pascal in this case and nothing I could use to translate to Pascal. But that is certainly possible. The protocol itself is not difficult.

If Europe sells their USA bonds the USD will collapse. Europe can affort that given average state debts. The USA can't affort that. Just an advice...
