Order of dialog buttons?

I recently started using Linux/QT6. I noticed that it forces buttons on dialogs to be reordered so that the positive response is always on the right. This is not only different than Windows, but is also different than the default order on QT6 dialogs.

Is this done for some historical reason? Does QT5 also display the same behavior?

Just curious...
