Strage form appear on Win32 platform after Lazarus minimization.

Hello,

After minimizing under Windows XP / Win32 and maximizing back to Lazarus, an additional form appears that cannot be removed. When restarting the environment then it disappears. The version of Lazarus is 3.4, but I have had this problem with previous versions as well. Deinstallation of Lazarus and removing the configuration does not help. Please help
