How to set -J option?

I found when I changed the DFM to Text mode. The error changed to this:

Compiling resource D:\SOURCESAFE\Source\3rd Party\install\IBO4BC\IBD_Login.DFM
c:\lazarus\fpc\2.2.2\bin\i386-win32\windres.exe: no resources
D:\SOURCESAFE\Source\3rd Party\install\IBO4BC\IBD_Login.pas(122,1) Error: Error while linking
D:\SOURCESAFE\Source\3rd Party\install\IBO4BC\IBD_Login.pas(122,1) Fatal: There were 1 errors compiling module, stopping
