RxDbGrid Rowheader change height

Hi Friend i setup  rxdbgrid on my form and show up information looks good but only mi concern is, can change height of row header because use a lot space on grid, is on internet some samples

RxDBGItemSup.RowHeights[0]:= (Canvas.TextHeight('Ŵg') + 4) * 3;

but when i tried don't let me access to this property how can change row height to 20 , my header is 3 rows, is possible to change this feature..

and you can see also don't show horizontal lines...
