Author Topic: [SOLVED] Rebuilding IDE for package installations removes all icons  (Read 941 times)

Well, the title says it all. Every single icon graphic is gone. Reinstalling Lazarus fixes it, but obviously, the packages are now uncompiled.
This happens with any package, so the issue is in the IDE rebuilding. Sorry, I'm very unfamiliar with how Lazarus is coded, so I don't have any guesses of what could be the cause. The IDE is installed under D:\\Programs\Lazarus. Any ideas of what I should check?
The screenshot attached is what it looks like.

P.S. Before updating to v3.4 (I was on 2.0.10), clicking on some buttons (like options in Project Inspector) would produce an Access Violation error.

Managed to narrow down the cause to an old Vampyre imaging library version. It probably got corrupted somehow, or I either edited or deleted it for some reason, uninstalling it helped. Guess I was too blind to see it in all the packages that were listed as installed when rebuilding at first.
