How to set margins in the default hint popup ?

 Without reclassing the THintWindowClass to something different, is there something that can be done with the current implementation in the OnShowHint or at the start of the app session that will allow me to set the margins around the border?

 As I see it now, it seems the text is too close to the borders, and I need a calculated sub rectangle that will contain the text so I can get a margin.
