Custom TListView

Is it possible to have one column in TListView that only can show for example "Yes" "No" and an arrow or similar to switch between this two choices?

a TValueListEditor is most likely what is needed.

Do you mean something like a checkbox? -> See attachment (see also: https://lazarus-ccr.sourceforge.io/docs/lcl/comctrls/tcustomlistview.checkboxes.html)
