TSpinEditEx : What the heck is MinRepeatValue ?

I can't find any documentation for this, and had a quick look at the code
in spinex.inc and spinex.pp and can't see it actually used for anything?

It determines at what speed value is incremented/decremented when using the spinners.
It's a "forwarded" property of the internal TUpDown component.
