Shortcut Selection for Users
« on: May 29, 2024, 06:30:46 am »
I want to code into the options dialogue of my current project that the user can select his own shortcuts for the actions.
Now there is this shortcut selection dialogue for the ShortCut property of many LCL components. I'd like to use it for my project so that I don't have to do my own.
Please tell me how I can access it.

The sources? Strange question. Lazarus comes with the sourcecode.
Changing servers. thaddy.com may be temporary unreachable but restored when the domain name transfer is done.

Of course in the sources, but I have no idea idea how to find it there.

Hi
Hmmm, try looking at 'TAction' & 'TActionList' or 'TMenuItem', to see how they implement this stuff...
edit: Ctrl + left-click in the code-editor

If it ain't broke, don't fix it ;)
PCLinuxOS(rolling release) 64bit -> KDE5 -> FPC 3.2.2 -> Lazarus 3.6 up until Jan 2024 from then on it's both above &: KDE5/QT5 -> FPC 3.3.1 -> Lazarus 4.99
