Cleaning lazarus source doesn't clean packages too

I think it's not a bug, so I ask it here. I just want to know why:

Tools->Configure "Build Lazarus"->Set all to none, check both clean all & with packages

doesn't clean packages too. All .o, .ppu, and probably .a are still there.
