watermark

Hello all! i've searching but i can't find how to do it.
I need to put an image on each page of a report watermark style (at back), same image on all pages
I've tried to insert the  image on a page and it prints only in the first one.,
Even clicked on a repeating band, like pagefooter and paste it there, then altered top and left values but it keeps doing the same.
Any hint?

Add Overlay band and put on this band memo or / and picture object
