Bad ICONINFO struct in JwaWindows

The ICONINFO struct is defined in both Windows and JwaWindows, but the latter seem to have incorrect alignment or something and does not work (in 64 bit at least). Haven't really looked into it too much.

The whole of the JWA units is not really 64-bit capable.

Alas, yes. But it has at least the advantage that the declarations are more in line what you would expect:
var parameters as opposed to pointer parameters. You are the guilty party in that respect... :) ;D ;) Marco...
That aside, all windows units, both fpc native and the  jwa units need a thorough update and that is not a one man job. But is rare that people get into trouble.

I prefer to use the term  "enlightened" for that .
